About SEAMate
Until now it has been very difficult to connect a navigational instruments with a laptop or any type of portable unit. A smart new invention from Denmark will simplify everybody’s life from the yacht builders to the skipper. SeaMate1a lite® by Mølgaard Netcom is a little box (16,5 x 8,5 x 3,5 cm) that connects laptops, PDA´s etc via W-LAN with the vessels instruments. Boat-Owners can now upgrade their standard computer into a mobile chart plotter. The range of the box is about 70 meter, so they can receive important information anywhere onboard the boat. |

What's New
SeaMate1A lite® connects standard computers with the vessels instruments. For example, chart plotter, GPS, speed log, echo sounder or gyro, in fact any instrument transmitting NMEA and AIS-data, RS232/RS422. The box is very simple to connect to any input signal. |
